Hospital stay
In the event of light to moderate surgery, including childbirth, the PRESTAPLUS guarantee reimburses costs for single-room hospital stays in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg at a rate of the difference in cost between 1st class hospital stays with bathroom and the health insurance provider’s reimbursement of costs in 2nd class with two beds.
If, due to a lack of availability, you were unable to obtain a room in 1st class, you will receive from the CMCM a flat-rate compensation of 10€ per day of hospitalisation for your stay in 2nd class for surgery with a maximum of 30 days per calendar year.
In the absence of surgery, PRESTAPLUS reimburses the costs of the hospital stay at a rate of the difference between the 1st class rates with bathroom and the health insurance provider’s reimbursement of costs in 2nd class with two beds, up to a maximum of 30 days per calendar year.
Medical costs
In the event of light to moderate surgery, including childbirth, the PRESTAPLUS guarantee assumes responsibility for supplementary medical costs for hospitalisation in 1st class. In the absence of surgery, this participation is limited to 30 days per calendar year.
Transportation costs
The CMCM reimburses the costs of three (3) ambulance transports per calendar year, duly authorized by the health insurance provider, at up to 30% of the official rate and a maximum of 100€.

Orthopaedic soles
CMCM covers the costs for orthopaedic soles for children up to the age of 16 authorised by the health insurance and up to a maximum value of 25€, with a periodical renewal after a period of 3 years at the earliest, from the date of the last reimbursement by CMCM.
Mondorf Plus
Mondorf Plus is a custom 12-week programme that focuses on getting back in shape. With more than 20 activities to choose from, participants will receive personal coaching (Sportmed) as well as several professional assessments over the course of 12 weeks. Three people have tested this programme for you.
OSTEOPATHY
The CMCM contributes up to €15 for a consultation with a professional osteopath for the sake of prevention. This is in addition to the €10 already included in the Regime Commun.
CARDIAC STRESS TEST
The CMCM contributes up to €10 per year for a cardiac stress test by a cardiologist. This is in addition to the €15 already included in the Regime Commun.
PSYCHOLOGICAL CONSULTATION
The CMCM contributes to up to €25 per year for psychological consultations for all minors.
