Hospitalisation
The CMCM covers the daily flat rate for a room with two beds, as well as the cost of a stay in a single room (1st class) in the event of a major surgery or serious medical treatment.
Medical services
In the event of a major surgery or serious medical treatment, the CMCM reimburses any uncovered medical or dental fees in accordance with 1st class rates.
Day Hospital
In the event of a major surgery or serious medical treatment, the CMCM covers any uncovered costs for admission to a day hospital or aftercare facility. In the absence of a major surgery or serious medical treatment, the CMCM covers any uncovered costs for up to 30 days per calendar year.
Long-Covid Cure
Contribution towards the cost of a treatment for persisting COVID-19 symptoms, duly authorised by the health insurance, up to 20% of the official tariff.
Preventative Medecine
The CMCM helps cover the cost of certain medical tests, stress tests, and treatment carried out by a certified osteopath or chiropractor.
Starting in 2019, the CMCM will also help cover the costs of iFOBT blood tests (immunological screening test for colorectal cancer) and vaccinations against hepatitis A or B.
A/ Medical tests
The CMCM helps cover the costs of certain medical tests and vaccinations.
B/ Osteopathy
The CMCM covers the cost of osteopathic treatment carried out by a certified osteopath at up to €50 per member per year (Prestaplus members benefit from an additional €50).
C/ Chiropractic
The CMCM covers the cost of chiropractic treatment carried out by a certified chiropractor at up to €50 per member per year (Prestaplus members benefit from an additional €50).
D/ Cardiology
The CMCM helps cover any uncovered costs for stress tests at up to €15 per member per year (Prestaplus members benefit from an additional €10).
E/ Treatment Programs
The CMCM contributes to the costs of treatment programs after a major surgery or serious medical treatment.
The CMCM helps cover any uncovered costs for one pathological obesity treatment per person, provided that this treatment is authorised by the health insurance provider.
The CMCM helps cover any uncovered costs for specific follow-up treatment after bariatric surgery.
F/ Dietetic Treatment
Contribution towards the cost of dietetic treatment duly authorised by the health insurance : €100 per member per year
In-vitro fertilisation
The CMCM helps cover any uncovered medical costs related to in vitro fertilisation up to a flat rate of €650 per session.
physiotherapy
The CMCM reimburses up to the official rates any uncovered costs for physiotherapy related to a major surgery or serious medical treatment that has been covered by the patient’s health insurance provider for a period of 90 days before and 360 days after the medical-surgical treatment.
Medication
The CMCM reimburses up to the official rates any uncovered costs for medication related to a major surgery or serious medical treatment that has been covered by the patient’s health insurance provider for a period of 90 days before and 180 days after the medical-surgical treatment.
Home medical care
The CMCM reimburses any uncovered costs for home medical care covered by health insurance in connection with a surgical procedure or serious medical treatment, up to a maximum of €50 per member within 30 days of a medical-surgical treatment.
Day clinic and care center
The CMCM reimburses the incurred costs of the surgery up to the official rate.
In case of a surgical intervention or serious medical treatment, CMCM reimburses the deficit applicable to patients who are under observation or in day hospitals. In the absence of a surgical intervention or a serious medical treatment, CMCM reimburses the deficit for up to a maximum of 5 days per calendar year.
External and internal prostheses
The CMCM reimburses the costs of internal and external prostheses up to 40% of a maximum price of €1.500.
The CMCM contributes up to €100 to the costs of orthopaedic shoes authorised by the health insurance provider, and up to €200 to the costs of a hearing aid or a wig following chemotherapy or radiation or an Alopecia Areata.
