The CMCM provides a daily flat rate for a double room as well as the costs of a stay in a single room (1st class) in the event of serious surgery or serious medical treatment.
In the event of serious surgery or medical treatment, the CMCM reimburses incurred medical and medical-dental costs according to 1st class rates.
Medication and physiotherapy
CMCM reimburses the deficit of costs for medication and physiotherapy related to a surgical intervention or serious medical treatment covered by the health insurance up to the limit of the official tariffs for a duration of 90 days preceding and 180 following the medical-surgical treatment.
Day clinic and care center
The CMCM reimburses the incurred costs of the surgery up to the official rate.
In case of a surgical intervention or serious medical treatment, CMCM reimburses the deficit applicable to patients who are under observation or in day hospitals. In the absence of a surgical intervention or a serious medical treatment, CMCM reimburses the deficit for up to a maximum of 5 days per calendar year.
External and internal prostheses
The CMCM reimburses internal and external prostheses fees of up to 40% of a maximum price of 1,500€.
The CMCM participates in costs associated with the purchase of orthopedic shoes, authorized by the health insurance provider up to a maximum of 100€ and up to 200€ in case of the purchase of hearing aids, a wig following a chemo - or radiotherapy or a alopecia areata.
The CMCM participates in costs incurred for medical and related charges associated with in-vitro fertilisation up to a flat-rate of 450€ per session.
The CMCM participates in therapy costs following serious medical treatment or surgery.
The CMCM participates in the uncovered fees of a single pathological obesity therapy per person, authorised by the health insurance provider.
The CMCM participates in the uncovered fees of the specific post-bariatric surgery follow-up, authorised by the health insurance provider.
The CMCM participates in certain medical analyses fees as well as treatment fees of a qualified osteopath or chiropractor and the uncovered fees of a cardiac stress test.
New for 2019 is the participation in care costs for the blood test iFOBT (immunochemical faecal occult blood tests) and for the vaccination against hepatitis A or B.
