Open House Week – 70 Years of CMCM

To celebrate its 70th anniversary, CMCM is opening its doors to the public for a special week of discoveries, meetings, and activities.

Throughout the week, visitors will have the opportunity to learn more about CMCM, its services, and its partners through demonstrations, conferences, guided tours, and various activities dedicated to health, prevention, and well-being.

Here are the activities:

CMCM Welcome and MyCMCM Demo

During the CMCM Welcome, our teams will greet visitors, present CMCM services, and answer all your questions.

Guided tours will be organized, allowing visitors to better understand how our services work and the different solutions available to members.

Visitors will also be able to attend a demonstration of MyCMCM, our digital platform that allows you to easily manage your procedures and reimbursements.

Exclusively, visitors will also get a preview of the new MyCMCM app, currently under development, and will be able to test some of its features in advance.

 

Jacques Schneider 

Discover the artistic collaboration between Jacques Schneider and CMCM, which resulted in a clothing collection inspired by this creative universe.

During the open doors week, the artist will also present a work created especially for the event. Visitors will be able to watch the artist create the piece live and will have the opportunity to take home a fragment of the artwork, transforming this collective creation into a unique souvenir of the open doors week.

 

Mondorf Domaine Thermal 

Mondorf Domaine Thermal, a reference in Luxembourg for well-being and health, will be present to introduce its various services dedicated to relaxation, prevention, and improving quality of life.

Visitors will also have the opportunity to discover and test a new innovative machine, designed to support people who wish to improve their physical condition and support their weight-loss goals within a holistic well-being approach.

 

ALD - Association Luxembourgeoise du diabète

The Luxembourg Diabetes Association (ALD) will be present to raise awareness about diabetes and screening.

Visitors will be able to measure their blood glucose level, receive information about risk factors and prevention, and get advice on adopting a healthy lifestyle.

The association will also present its missions, awareness activities, and the resources it provides for people affected by diabetes and their relatives.

 

INCCI - Institut national de chirurgie cardiaque et de cardiologie interventionnelle

Specialists from INCCI will provide information about cardiovascular diseases, their risk factors, and prevention methods.

Visitors will learn more about the importance of cardiovascular monitoring, physical activity, and a balanced diet to protect heart health.

The institute will also present its key role in the treatment and care of heart diseases in Luxembourg.

 

Health Talk with Dr Keipes

Attend a Health Talk hosted by Dr Keipes, focusing on nutrition and metabolic health.

Dr. Keipes will share his personal and professional experience with the low-carb nutritional approach, explaining how this type of diet can contribute to weight management and improved health.

At the end of the talk, he will also present his new low-carb cookbook, offering simple and balanced meal ideas.

 

Optical Center

The Optical Center team will offer free vision and hearing tests to raise awareness about the importance of screening.

Visitors will receive personalized advice to maintain their visual and hearing health and discover solutions to improve their daily comfort.

 

Vegetatout – Food Truck végétal

The Vegetatout food truck offers 100% plant-based cuisine, mostly organic and local, with tasty sandwiches made from tofu and seitan, rich in protein.

All visitors will receive a voucher to enjoy a special offer at the food truck during the event.
