But what is TeamGym?
TeamGym is one of the youngest events in gymnastics. Here, teams of 8 to 10 people compete in three disciplines: Floor, Tumble and Trampet. There are also three categories: Women, Men and Mixed Teams.
Each discipline requires good teamwork and excellent technical skills in acrobatics and gymnastics from the gymnasts. The whole thing is then accompanied by modern, charged music, creating a real party atmosphere.

So TeamGym offers a great atmosphere and lots of entertainment for everyone who takes part, whether as a participant or a spectator.
The European Championships will take place in the Coque from 14 to 17 September 2022.
